As a full-service camp and retreat center, we offer on-site accommodations, recreational facilities, dining services, and a variety of meeting spaces to accommodate groups of any size. Our staff takes care of all the logistical details of housing, feeding, and hosting your people, so you can focus on investing in them and their growth.

Meeting spaces and recreation

Meeting spaces

We have a variety of meeting spaces to accommodate whatever style of programming you have planned. Indoor spaces include a gym with sound equipment, a chapel, a lodge, and private meeting rooms equipped with amenities such as TVs and projectors. During warmer weather, we also have outdoor meeting spaces available, including our beautiful wooded amphitheater. 

Spaces can seat 20-300 people, and our team will advise you on the perfect meeting space for you!

 

On-site recreation

Add a little adventure to your next group getaway. Included in all reservations is access to our basketball courts, outdoor fields (baseball, kickball, etc.), outdoor volleyball court, indoor game room (ping pong, pool, board games, etc.), gaga pit, swimming, and fire pits.

For an additional fee, we can also arrange staff-led camp activities just for your group. These include:

Accommodations

Cabins

Our clean and classic camp cabins are available seasonally between Memorial Day and Columbus Day and are perfect for groups of any size.

  • Outfitted with twin bunk beds with mattresses (guests provide linens and towels)
  • Cabins use the neighboring bathhouses.
  • Cabins are divided into three cabin groups that are perfect for groups who want to stay in close-knit communities:
    • The Wildlife cabin group has 15 cabins with 12 beds each and is centrally located in an open field between the dining hall and the waterfront. These cabins have half baths inside the cabin.
    • The Nest cabin group has six cabins with 12 beds each and are located in a wooded area near Hickory Chapel.
    • The Fishery cabin group is one large building split into two bunkrooms with 24 beds each. There is also a smaller bunkroom with eight beds. This is located in a wooded area near the water.

New England Lodge

A recently renovated classic camp lodge with five rooms and 24 beds total.

  • Rooms range in capacity from four to eight people.
  • Beds range from twin to queen, with most being bunk style (guests can bring their own linens, or they can be provided for an additional charge).
  • All rooms have an en suite bathroom.
  • Fully winterized, with heat and air conditioning

Capital Hall

A renovated rustic lodge that sleeps 22 people, with smaller room sizes and eight separate rooms available.

  • Rooms range in capacity from two to four people.
  • Outfitted with twin bunk beds with mattresses (guests provide linens and towels)
  • Rooms share hallway bathrooms.
  • All rooms are winterized.
  • One handicapped room available

Dining

Sit back, relax, and let us do the cooking. Your booking includes meals for all members of your group. Meals are served buffet style in our dining hall. 

Allergy-friendly accommodations are available upon request. When multiple groups are on-site at the same time, groups are assigned tables to guarantee seating together.
